ARMED RESPONSE
When an alarm signal is received by our Control Room, a trained Armed Response Officer is dispatched to your business premises or your home and they will do a thorough inspection of the property and the buildings to ensure that no unauthorised access to the premises has been obtained.
Should anyone be found, they will detain the perpetrator and contact the local South African Police Services. Their work is done when the perpetrator is in custody and the client’s property is safe.
ALARM SYSTEMS
A Technician/Installer will be requested to attend at your business premises and/or home where a comprehensive quotation will be prepared of what in their expert opinion is the best security solution for your business and/or home.
A written quotation will be submitted to the client. It will be at the client’s discretion what they choose to install and should the Technician / Installer feel that the client’s request does not meet their security needs they will be advised accordingly.
Our Technicians/Installers have experience in quite a few security panels and should repairs be needed they will gladly assist where possible.
GATE MOTORS
A site visit will be carried out by one of our trained Technicians/Installers.
They will advise on what gate motor in their expert opinion will be the best for the client’s needs and they will thereafter prepare a comprehensive quote specifying what is required to install the gate motor and to have it operational by the time they leave the client’s site.
We install all types of motors from swing gate to sliding gate and our Technicians/Installers will attend at your site should you have any issues with existing gate motors in an attempt to serve the client in repairing the motor where possible and should this not be possible to recommend a replacement motor.
GARAGE MOTORS / GARAGE DOORS
Our Technicians/Installers have numerous years’ experience in installing garage doors as well as garage door motors.
They will attend at your premises and inspect the existing garage door that is installed to ensure that the motor that they recommend be fitted is suitable for your needs. They will upon the client’s request remove and replace the existing garage doors as well.
A comprehensive quotation will be provided to the client advising what the costs will be to install a new door if required as well as install a garage door motor. When they leave your premises, all equipment will be installed to exceptional standards and everything will be working beautifully.
Our Technicians/Installers will attend at your site should you have any issues with existing garage door motors in an attempt to serve the client in repairing the motor where possible and should this not be possible to recommend a replacement motor.
INTERCOM SYSTEMS
Our Technicians/Installers have extensive experience in installing intercom systems to client’s specific needs. This will range from video intercom to audio intercom units.
You will be able to speak to whomever is at your gate from the comfort of your home/business premises and grant only access to whomever you want on your site. An intercom system is an important part of any effective security system. You decide who should be granted access to your site and we would like to assist you in making this possible.
A quotation will be prepared and submitted to client for review and all the necessary materials will be sourced to ensure that when the installation is done the intercom is fully functional and installed to our exceptional standards.
Our Technicians/Installers are also willing to attend at any premises where an existing intercom system is installed to assist in repairing the units where possible and if repairs cannot be made to recommend the installation of a new unit.
ACCESS CONTROL
This service goes hand in hand with a good intercom system although it is not a prerequisite.
Our Technicians/Installers have installed numerous tag systems where you require a tag to enter and/or access a specific site and/or building as well as units where you can use your phone to open/close a gate. By installing access control systems at your site, you will ensure that only authorised individuals are allowed to access the premises when you may be off-site or away from home.
A quotation will be prepared and submitted to client for review and all the necessary materials will be sourced to ensure that when the installation is done the access control unit is fully functional and installed to our exceptional standards.
Our Technicians/Installers are also willing to attend at any premises where an existing access control system is installed to assist in repairing the units where possible and if repairs cannot be made to recommend the installation of a new unit.
CCTV INSTALLATIONS
More and more people install cameras in and around their homes and/or business to “keep an eye” on what is happening when they are not there.
This is an excellent security measure as you will be able to notice if anyone suspicious is hanging around your home and/or business. This is definitely something that we will be able to assist you with.
One of our Technicians/Installers will attend at your site and do a walkthrough with you suggesting where they believe the best placement of cameras in and around your premises will be.
A quotation will be provided to you and all the necessary equipment and materials will be sourced to complete the installation. Our Technicians/Installers have extensive experience in installing and repairing CCTV equipment and is available to assist with any repairs that may be needed.
